Principles for Living Life
Human beings are full of possibility, and there is no higher
calling or more joyous pastime than empowering others to
- be fully who they are, and
- live life for
quality, fulfillment, happiness and contribution.
Joy comes
from love, and from dogs, and from BEING in the great outdoors.
Friends are to be cherished; “crazymakers” are to be avoided;
and there is a sweetness in taking time to nurture oneself with books, films and good food.
Humor is important.
Incorporate it into life daily.
Beauty is to be treasured and
appreciated.
Work for accomplishment, workability, justice,
and a world that works for everyone with no one and nothing left
out.
Never settle for less than your own (and others’) best.
Never sell out on people just because they forget who they are.
Love with your whole heart, not holding back just because the
pain of parting will be greater later for having loved so fully.
Take care of the beasts, who contribute wisdom, laughter,
comfort, companionship and unconditional love.
Let your time,
energy and money be a gift – be a philanthropist in every sense
of the word, for genuine satisfaction is to be found in these
endeavors and they are a pathway to seeing our own blessings and
dwelling connected with those blessings.
Work, love, live and
play from vision, rather than from “should” or accident.
